RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At PRYDOR, we strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. If there is an issue with your purchase, our support team will assist you through the return or refund process in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and materials intact
  • Accompanied by the purchase invoice

To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@prydor.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Once the return is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from the address provided by the customer.

Return Charges

Approved returns within India are free of charge. Our logistics partner will coordinate the return pickup from the customer’s location.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, PRYDOR will process the refund.

Refunds will only be issued if the product is received in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Customized Products

Products that are customized or made to order based on customer selections such as metal type, design, style, engraving, or size are specially created for the customer.

Because these products are made specifically for the order:

  • All customized product sales are final.
  • Customized items are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has started.

If you have questions regarding customization, sizing, or design details, we recommend contacting our team at support@prydor.com before placing your order. Our team will be happy to guide you.

Customized pieces require approximately 4–5 weeks for production before they are ready for shipment.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review measurements, size guides, and product specifications before confirming their order, as changes may not be possible after production begins.

Each customized PRYDOR piece is carefully crafted to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Shipping

PRYDOR ships orders within India and internationally through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and shipping provider. Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their country.

PRYDOR is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance procedures, or local delivery providers once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Protection

Customers may have the option to add shipping protection during checkout for additional coverage during transit.

Shipping protection helps safeguard orders against loss, theft, or damage during delivery.

If shipping protection is not selected, PRYDOR may not be able to replace orders once the courier confirms the package as delivered.
